Among them, FGFR1‐translocated myeloid and lymphoid neoplasms are the most frequently reported, for example, TFG‐FGFR1, BCR‐FGFR1, CNTRL‐FGFR1, ZNF198:FGFR1/ZMYM2‐FGFR1, CEP110‐FGFR1 and FGFR1OP2‐FGFR1 and even achieved complete remission in some patients when treated by FGFR inhibitor.77 This evidence concerns the gene ZMYM2 and lymphoid neoplasm.
