Further, we investigated CLPTM1L protein levels using western blotting of lysates from patient-derived ovarian cancer (MCW-OV-SL-3), normal fallopian tube epithelial (FTE187 and FTE 188), ovarian cancer (OVCAR4 and OVCAR5), lung cancer (A549, NCI-H226, and NCI-H520), pancreatic cancer (Panc1, MiaPaCa2, and CaPan2), immortalized activated human pancreatic stellate (HPSC)-fibroblast and endothelial (HUVEC) cell lines. This evidence concerns the gene CLPTM1L and lung carcinoma.
