ALB and Abnormal renal physiology: In a cohort of 363 complicated ATBAD patients who underwent TEVAR, five risk factors for the occurrence of in-hospital mortality or organ malperfusion were identified from the multivariate analysis of our derivation cohort data: perioperative nadir BE, aortic diameter ≥ 5.5 cm, renal dysfunction, D-dimer level ≥ 5.44 μg/mL and albumin amount ≤ 30 g/L.
