In our study, the levels of phosphorylation of STAT3 (Y705 and S727), STAT5a (Y694) and STAT5b (Y699) in the sfTSLP-overexpressing ovarian/endometrial cancer cells were similar to those in the cancer cells without sfTSLP overexpression (Figure S6b), indicating STAT3 and STAT5 are not activated in the sfTSLP-overexpressing ovarian/endometrial cancer cells. The gene discussed is STAT5B; the disease is cancer.
