Western blot analysis demonstrated that protein levels of LAST2and relative phosphorylated YAP1 were significantly down-regulated in NSCLC tissues thanthat of the adjacent tissues, while total YAP1, TEAD and NOTCH1 proteins were up-regulatedin NSCLC tissues than that of the adjacent tissues (Fig .2A), indicating that the Hippopathway was suppressed, promoting NOTCH signaling pathway activation in NSCLCtumorigenesis.
