NR4A1 and breast carcinoma: This poor prognosis persisted after the adjustment of several clinicopathological factors such as age at diagnosis, year of diagnosis, stage, grade, and hormone receptor status.5 6 Also, age at first birth and the number of pregnancies did not seem to further influence the prognosis of postpartum breast cancer.6 12 Our own analysis of almost 1200 breast cancer patient outcome data from an international cohort confirm these findings (unpublished data).
