Furthermore, by subcutaneously injecting normal WDR3-expressing or WDR3-silenced PANC-1 cells into the left flank of nude mice under the same conditions for a xenograft assay and treating the mice with or without TED-347, we found that WDR3 silencing and TED-347 treatment could both slow tumor growth, and the combined treatment group showed further inhibition of tumor growth (Fig. 5d-f).
