Gubin et al. used the T3 murine methylcholanthrene (MCA)-induced sarcoma line and established T3 tumors in four groups of naive mice, followed by treatment of each group with either control mAb, anti-PD-1, anti-CTLA-4 or anti-PD-1/anti-CTLA-4. The gene discussed is CTLA4; the disease is sarcoma.
