Cluster C1 was composed of T cells exhibiting a highly specific expression of the T cell markers CD3D and CD3E. Clusters C0, C2, C3 and C4 were defined as myeloid cells, tumor cells, NK cells and B cells, respectively, based on their expression of well-known markers, such as CD14 / S100A9 / LYZ, CD79A, NKG7 / FCGR3A and MS4A1 / CD79A (Additional file 1, Fig. S1D).
