The results indicated that Ki-67 was significantly upregulated in many cancers including sarcoma (SARC), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD) and liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC) (Fig. 4a). The gene discussed is MKI67; the disease is colon adenocarcinoma.
