As baseline high ANG2 and low VEGF levels were significantly associated with a deteriorated Child-Pugh score after lenvatinib for HCC, we conducted ROC analysis to determine cut-off values of baseline VEGF and ANG2 associated with a deteriorated Child-Pugh score at 8 weeks after lenvatinib initiation. The gene discussed is VEGFA; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
