In all breast cancer, low expression of NEIL3, CDC25C and NEK2 predicted high RFS (p < 0.05) respectively, while high expression of HCN2 predicted high RFS (p < 0.05), and low expression of NEIL3, CDC25C, NEK2 and HCN2 predicted high OS respectively (p < 0.05) (Table 4; Supplementary Figure S5E). This evidence concerns the gene NEK2 and breast carcinoma.
