studied 48 anti-PD-1 treated NSCLC patients and found that 80% of patients with thyroid dysfunction (8 out of 10 patients) displayed anti-thyroglobulin and/or anti-microsomal antibodies compared to 7.8% of patients who did not develop thyroid dysfunction (3 out of 38 patients).
