To identify the potential biological functions of SH3KBP1 in glioma initiation and progression, we assessed the SH3KBP1expression pattern in different grades of gliomas by using public datasets TCGA (22) and observed that SH3KBP1 expression positively correlates with tumor grades of glioma patients (Figure 1A). Here, SH3KBP1 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
