Comparison of normal mucosa with HG-dysplasia revealed up-regulation of NANOG (1.65-fold; p = 0.002), miR-145 (1.34-fold; not significant), RoR (219.70-fold; p = 0.006) and SNHG1 (2.42-fold; p = 0.005) and down-regulation of TP53 (1.31-fold; not significant), miR-34a (1.24-fold; not significant), and AB209630 (1.44-fold; p = 0.043) in HG-dysplasia. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is dysplasia.
