We also analyzed the clinical analysis of the relationship between HOXA-AS3 expression and the clinicopathological parameters in bladder cancer, showing that high HOXA-AS3 expression in 30 bladder cancer patients was closely related to large tumor size (P=0.0123), the advanced TNM stage (P=0.0173), and invasion(muscle) (P=0.0352) (Table 2).
