ZNF7 and rheumatoid arthritis: Some supporting evidence was discussed below: the expression of several adhesion molecules was previously discovered in rheumatoid synovium, and these molecules promote the pathogenesis of RA through regulating synovial production (Haskard, 1995; Liao and Haynes, 1995); the mutations of the A20 [tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inducible protein 3] at ZnF7 (zinc finger 7) ubiquitin binding domain lead to arthritis in the mouse model (Polykratis et al., 2019).
