To further understand the effects of various medications on the expression of exosomal miR-451a, the expression level of miR-451a in CD4+ T cells from patients with SLE treated with different drugs were analyzed, including seven patients treated with glucocorticoids, 18 patients treated with glucocorticoids combined with hydroxychloroquine, and 15 untreated patients. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
