ATG16L1 and gastric cancer: Furthermore, ATG16L1‐mediated autophagy is involved in multiple‐drug resistance in gastric cancer (Huang et al., 2018), together with our findings, suggesting that the miR‐874‐3P/ATG16L1 axis‐regulated autophagy may be an important tactic through which cancer cells utilize to survive the insults of chemotherapeutic drugs.
