LRPAP1 and gastroschisis: In simple logistic regression, independent variables RAP (OR 7.07; CI 95% 1.57–31.89; p = 0.010), RAAP (OR 0,23; CI 95% 0,06–0,85; p = 0,027), population with income above 5 minimum wages (OR 0,23; CI 95% 0,06–0,86; p = 0,029) and proximity to PTL (OR 5,96; CI 95% 2,05–17,37; p = 0,001) were associated with gastroschisis prevalence.
