Interestingly, upon the quantitative analysis of proteomic results (Figure 1E), we found that the urine LAIR1 levels were negatively correlated with %CD19+ B cells in PBMC (r = −0.6913, p < 0.05) and SLEDAI‐2K (r = ‐0.7927, p < 0.01) in active JSLE‐LN patients, as well as positively correlated with the ratio of %CD3+ T cells/%CD45+ lymphocytes (r = 0.7112, p < 0.01) and the absolute number of CD3+ T cells in the whole blood of active JSLE‐LN patients (r = 0.6691, p < 0.05).
