Therefore, this double enhanced effect of IL‐35 on Tregs and JAK/STAT signaling pathway could contribute to the significant decrement of plasma concentration of proinflammatory cytokines, such as TNF‐α (*p < 0.05), IL‐6 (*p < 0.05), and IL‐17A (*p < 0.05) as well as a significant increment of anti‐inflammatory cytokines like TGF‐β and IL‐10 (*p < 0.05) in Tregs and IL‐35p‐treated lupus mice (Figure 6J).
