FTO and neoplasm: Simultaneously, based on an in vivo xenograft model, we observed that mice injected with MAL2‐silenced 5637 cells developed significantly smaller tumors (Figure 6A) and had a considerable counteraction of the stimulatory effect of FTO overexpression on tumor development, reflected by the volume (Figure 6B), weight (Figure 6C), and cell proliferation (Figure 6D) of tumor.
