Furthermore, the FTO expression levels were markedly correlated with both the overall (Figure 1C) and disease‐free (Figure 1D) survival rates in the bladder cancer patients from the TCGA database, which splits the patients into separate groups based on the median value, whereas ALKBH5 expression showed significant correlation with the overall survival rate of the patients only (Figures 1E and 1F). This evidence concerns the gene FTO and urinary bladder cancer.
