Moreover, we found that FTO silencing in bladder cancer cells could significantly (p < 0.001) upregulate, by 1.5‐fold, the relative m6A level of MALAT1 5′‐End (Figure 3D), whereas the overexpression of FTO could significantly (p < 0.001) decrease, by 24.3%, the relative m6A level of MALAT1 5′‐End (Figure 3D). This evidence concerns the gene MALAT1 and urinary bladder cancer.
