Simultaneously, based on an in vivo xenograft model, we observed that mice injected with MAL2‐silenced 5637 cells developed significantly smaller tumors (Figure 6A) and had a considerable counteraction of the stimulatory effect of FTO overexpression on tumor development, reflected by the volume (Figure 6B), weight (Figure 6C), and cell proliferation (Figure 6D) of tumor. The gene discussed is MAL2; the disease is neoplasm.
