The results showed that CTIF and GNL1 mRNA expression was reduced and that of ANG, APOBEC3F, CARHSP1, FBXO17, ISG20, KHNYN, LSM12, PABPC3, PNRC2, RDM1, SPATS2L, and TTF2 mRNA increased in WHO grade IV (GBM) compared with those of LGGs. Here, PABPC3 is linked to glioblastoma.
