The results showed that CTIF and GNL1 were potential protective genes and ANG, APOBEC3F, CARHSP1, FBXO17, ISG20, KHNYN, LSM12, PABPC3, PNRC2, RDM1, SPATS2L, and TTF2 might act as risk factors in glioma patients. This evidence concerns the gene SPATS2L and central nervous system cancer.
