Cancer-associated pathways were also enriched in the high-risk gliomas identified by the RBP-signature, including transcriptional dysregulation in cancer, proteoglycans in cancer, the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, the p53 signaling pathway, the NF-kappa B signaling pathway, focal adhesion, ECM-receptor interaction, and the chemokine signaling pathway (Figure 5B). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and cancer.
