RIPK2 was significantly upregulated in BLCA (bladder urothelial carcinoma), BRCA (breast invasive carcinoma), ESCA (esophageal carcinoma), COAD (colon adenocarcinoma), CHOL (cholangiocarcinoma), HNSC (head and neck cancer), STAD (stomach adenocarcinoma), READ (rectum adenocarcinoma), KIRC (kidney renal clear cell carcinoma), LUAD (lung adenocarcinoma), UCEC (uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma), THCA (thyroid carcinoma), LIHC (liver hepatocellular carcinoma), and PRAD (prostate adenocarcinoma) compared to that in their respective normal tissues. This evidence concerns the gene RIPK2 and thyroid gland carcinoma.
