SLC7A7 has been investigated at the single-cell level in nine types of cancer (Fig. 4), including AML (acute myeloid leukemia), ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia), CML (chronic myelogenous leukemia), GBM (glioblastoma), LUAD, MEL (melanoma), RCC (renal cell carcinoma), BRCA and PC (prostate cancer). The gene discussed is SLC7A7; the disease is melanoma.
