The results indicated that the expression levels of SLC7A7 were significantly increased in BRCA (breast invasive carcinoma), CHOL (cholangiocarcinoma), ESCA (esophageal carcinoma), HNSC (head and neck squamous cell carcinoma) and STAD (stomach adenocarcinoma), compared to adjacent control samples. Here, SLC7A7 is linked to carcinoma of esophagus.
