At the same time, this study also proved that the variant alleles of CYP1A1 rs1048943 (TC vs. TT: OR = 2.37, 95% CI: 1.27–4.43, P = 0.003) and CYP1B1 rs1056827 (AA vs. CC: OR = 6.90, 95% CI: 1.50–31.76, P = 0.001) are closely related to the risk of breast cancer, which is consistent with most research [34, 35]. This evidence concerns the gene CYP1A1 and breast cancer.
