A gene related to TP53 (Xie et al., 2012), one of the best cancer markers, has been detected and is associated with many types of cancer (Bhatlekar, Fields & Boman, 2014) including ovarian cancer (Yuan et al., 2015), breast cancer (Yang et al., 2017), and lung cancer (Liu et al., 2014a). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and lung cancer.
