Combining expression patterns and survival analysis, we found that 10 upregulated hub genes (CDK1, CCNB1, CCNA2, TOP2A, AURKA, MAD2L1, CDC20, CCNB2, AURKB, and KIF11) were not only significantly upregulated in lung cancer but also significantly correlated with poor prognosis of lung cancer patients (p < 0.05; Fig. 3A–K). This evidence concerns the gene CCNA2 and lung carcinoma.
