As shown in Fig 5H and S5E–S5G Fig, silencing of FBXO3 completely blocked TβRI-induced down-regulation of ΔNp63α, which, in turn, rescued TβRI-induced alteration of E-cadherin, Par3, Vimentin, N-cadherin, and Twist1 expression in HCC1806, MCF-10A as well as in HCC-1937 cells, another human breast cancer cell line predominantly expressing ΔNp63α. Here, FBXO3 is linked to breast carcinoma.
