The pooled OR with 95% CI indicated that cancer patients with low circ-ITCH expression were more susceptible to develop LNM (OR = 2.25, 95% CI: 1.67-3.02, p ≤ 0.01) and advanced TNM stage (OR = 2.82, 95% CI: 1.92-4.14, p ≤ 0.01), as well as larger tumor size (OR = 3.01, 95% CI: 2.01-4.52, p ≤ 0.01), suggesting that a low circ-ITCH level may serve as an indicator of aggressive clinicopathological features for cancer patients.
