The results showed that low circ-ITCH expression was a significant prognostic indicator of poor OS for patients with different types of cancers: prostate cancer (HR = 2.88, 95% CI: 1.89-4.39, p ≤ 0.01), ovarian cancer (HR = 2.70, 95% CI: 1.82-4.02, p ≤ 0.01), and other types of cancers (HR = 2.29, 95% CI: 1.86-2.82, p ≤ 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene ITCH and prostate carcinoma.
