Overall, the 2 k population contains several proteins with interconnected potential functions in disease (i.e., Parkinson’s) and in regulation of cell cycle, autophagy, euchromatin and gene activation, and protein synthesis/translation, and the 100 k EV proteins were all connected to FN1, involved in the support of cell migration, cell differentiation, and tissue repair [74]. This evidence concerns the gene FN1 and Parkinson disease.
