CX3CL1, served as the autophagy-related gene, was significant associated with NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity, T cell activation, and leukocyte migration in lung adenocarcinoma, and a study demonstrated that the differential expression of CX3CL1 could affect the migration activity of CD8(+) T cells and CD56(+) NK cells in hepatoma cells, which had hepatitis B virus replication [36]. Here, CX3CL1 is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
