In the LN metastasis sub-cohort, 24 types of immune cells, including B cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, Th2 cells, NK cells, M1 macrophages, DCs et al., are more abundant in samples from the high IL-33 group; while three types of immune cells, including Th1 cells, NKT cells and basophils, are more abundant in samples from the low IL-33 group.
