IL2RA and Autoimmunity: High dose BAIBA responsive proteins were centered on an inflammatory pathway involving upregulation of two anti-inflammatory proteins (TYRO3, a potent negative regulator of inflammation; and IL2RA, loss of function leads to autoimmunity in humans), upregulation of a receptor involved in inducing apoptosis (TNFRSF10B), and upregulation of cell adherence proteins (CADM1, CADM2).
