PAPPA2 and preeclampsia: As shown in Table 2, a panel of analytes representing various biological functions were found to be significantly elevated in the patients who developed preeclampsia later in pregnancy compared to the preeclampsia‐negative group, including sFlt‐1 (p = 0.007), BUN (p = 0.009), Cre (p = 0.006), UA (p < 0.001), Cysc (p = 0.001), and PAPP‐A2 (p = 0.032).
