Treatment with either AA or NG alone caused a 30%–60% decrease in MMP2-producing cells in the primary tumor sites in both of the two mouse models, which was further reduced by 70% in B16F10 melanoma (Figures 4D and 4F) and 90% in LLC lung carcinoma (Figures 4C and 4E) after receiving the combined therapy. This evidence concerns the gene MMP2 and neoplasm.
