We performed the Wilcoxon signed-rank test on the expression levels of genes related to immune function between the CAD and control groups and found that the GEPs related to CYT (CD8A), antigen presentation (HLA-A, HLA-DQA1, HLA-DQA2, and HLA-DQB1), chemokines (CCL5, CX3CL1, and CXCL10), and cytokines (IFNA1 and IFNA2) were significantly stronger in the CAD group than in the control group (all Wilcoxon signed-rank Ps < 0.05). Here, CXCL10 is linked to coronary artery disorder.
