In the in vivo experiments, overexpressed CHMP2B was found to significantly aggravate MI/R injury, as shown by the low myocardial contraction and relaxation (indicated by decreased ejection fraction and fractional shortening, Figure 6D), high LDH secretion (Figure 6E), and CK-MB levels (Figure 6F), as well as the serious arrhythmia indices (Figure 6G). Here, CHMP2B is linked to myocardial infarction.
