Go analysis revealed that FAM83H-AS1 was enriched in mitotic cytokinesis, mitotic metaphase plate congression, microtubule-based movement, double-strand break repair, transcription, cell cycle, cytokinesis, telomere capping, and DNA replication, demonstrating that FAM83H-AS1 may play a crucial role in promoting PCa proliferation (Figure 3A).
