The lncRNA MIR100HG has been studied as an oncogene in acute megakaryoblastic leukemia (Emmrich et al., 2014), and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (Huang, Zhang & Zhou, 2019), as well as for its role in mediating cetuximab resistance via Wnt/ β-catenin signaling (Lu et al., 2017) in colorectal cancer. This evidence concerns the gene MIR100HG and colorectal cancer.
