Perhaps more importantly, this study also identified a set of MTEX proteins, including ADAMTS13, CNTN1, F10, HSP90AB1, ITIH3, MSN, PDCD6IP, PLOD1, RPS6KA3, SGCE, THBS1, TUBB, and UBA52, whose levels discriminated patients with MM who had PD from those who were NED/SD after therapy. Here, RPS6KA3 is linked to Miyoshi myopathy.
