GPT and Jaundice: Table 3 lists the characteristics of the patients with DILI. Polypharmacy was present in 86.84% of DILI patients, of which 39.68% received more than 10 drugs. The hepatocellular phenotype was the most frequent type of DILI (53.29%), a higher proportion (65%) of cases were mild (increased ALT levels without jaundice), and the overall DILI-related mortality was 3.27%.
