DGCR5 and pachyonychia congenita: CCK-8 assays showed that gemcitabine repressed PC cell viability in a dose-dependent manner, and as expected, the expression levels of DGCR5 was negatively associated with gemcitabine sensitivity in PC cells (Figure 7L), suggesting that inhibition of DGCR5 may be a novel strategy for anti-gemcitabine resistance in PC.
