TMPRSS2 and prostate adenocarcinoma: Tryp_SPc is a catalytic triad for serine proteases, and SRCR_2 is a scavenger receptor cysteine‐rich domain, which is essential for TMPRSS2 functional roles, suggesting that high expression of TMPRSS2‐001 and TMPRSS2‐201 with both SRCR_2 and Trypsin (Tryp_SPc) domains in PRAD tissues should play important roles for tumorigenesis and entry for SARS‐CoV‐2 in PRAD patients.
