GPT and bronchopneumonia: A 5-month 24-day-old baby girl came to our hospital because of “9 days of abnormal liver function.” She was first admitted to another hospital for “bronchial pneumonia.” During her hospitalization, she was found to have increased transaminases (alanine aminotransferase [ALT] 122–157 U/L, aspartate aminotransferase [AST] 75–120 U/L) and was treated with ceftazidime injection, compound glycyrrhizin injection, and fluid replacement.
