CEA ≥5 ng/mL (P = .012), ASA grade (P = .017), lymph-node metastasis (P = .001), tumor size (P = .026), and surgical treatment modality (P = .001) had a statistically significant association with overall survival by univariate analysis. Here, CEACAM5 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
