IFNLR1 and psoriasis: Another example of a gene target, to our knowledge previously unreported, can be found at the 1p36 locus (rs10794648), which to date has been associated with IFNLR1 (also known as IL28-RA) because it is the closest gene to the associated SNPs (Genetic Analysis of Psoriasis Consortium & the Wellcome Trust Case Control Consortium 2, et al., 2010; Stuart et al., 2015).
