Mean CSF3 and CSF3R gene expressions were compared between the samples in the 4 CRC subtypes: CMS1 (n = 49), CMS2 (n = 76), CMS3 (n = 43) and CMS4 (n = 97) in CC; and CMS1 (n = 10), CMS2 (n = 20), CMS3 (n = 18) and CMS4 (n = 31) in RC (Fig 1A). This evidence concerns the gene CSF3 and colorectal carcinoma.
