After injection of 18F-PSMA-1007 for 3 h, the uptake of radio-tracer in prostate cancer lesions demonstrated a remarkable increasing and leading to the improvement of tumor-to-background ratios (5), it makes tumor lesions more visible in 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT than in 18F-FDG PET/CT. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and prostate carcinoma.
