In the case of CRC, we identified 13 genes with regional colocalization probability greater than 0.9, including known risk genes such as COLCA1 and COLCA2,6 as well as other less-well-described genes such as ANKRD36. In the case of inflammatory bowel disease, we identified 6 genes with a regional colocalization probability greater than 0.9, such as IRF8 and RGS14 (Figure 10). This evidence concerns the gene POU2AF3 and colorectal carcinoma.
